1. Stakeholder Engineer / Coordinator
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinating between internal and external stakeholders for a specific project.
- Translating required documents/emails, ensuring that the meaning of the source text is retained.
- Handling correspondence from the client and site teams
- Liaising with technical staff to discuss any unclear points.
- Proofreading and editing final translated versions.
- Providing clients with a grammatical, well-expressed final version of the translated text, usually as a word-processed document.
- Demonstrated experience in Public Relations works dealing with public complaint in a construction industry would be an advantage.
- Dealing, handling and resolving conflicts, feedbacks, complaints from the public and residents pertaining to the construction projects inconvenience.
- Conduct regular visits and ad hoc visits to the affected residents affected by the works and make necessary report, feedback to the clients and the affected resident.
- Coordinate and work closely with the construction supervision team to minimize inconvenience to the public.
- Must have a good understanding of Qatari culture.
2. Senior Administrator (Arabic/English)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Schedule management
- Handle Client Chief day to day time schedule to ensure an efficient time management process and the absence of conflicts
- Screen and prioritize requests for Client Chief time
- Organize meetings and coordinate agendas for Client Chief and/or related Departments.
- Work closely and effectively with Client Chief to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities
- Administrative support
- Write and edit minutes, draft and/ or type complex reports and correspondences while ensuring consistency and standardization of formats
- Following up on pending matters with only limited guidance.
- Answer telephone calls and provide relevant information to callers; screen and route calls to appropriate individual

3. Facilities Coordinator
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing and performing routine maintenance task, such as HVAC systems, plumbing repairs, electrical maintenance to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
- Coordinating the allocation and setup of office spaces, meeting rooms and common areas ensuring optimal space utilization.
- Keeping track of inventory for supplies, equipment and furniture and replenishing as necessary to support smooth operations.
- Monitoring and implementing health and safety protocols, conducting regular inspections and addressing potential hazards promptly.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- To support the Asset Management function with analyses and reporting for mandated assets
- To ensure the revenues are in line with contract terms.
- Conduct primary and secondary research and provide market-led input for benchmarking on rates, pricing etc.
- To ensure contract administration for all financial matters.
- Manage and perform physical audit of the mandated assets and provide with assessment and due-diligence.
- Support commercial negotiations with prospective service providers through reviews and industry reports.
- Support the update of Service Charge Model.
- Prepare and ensure all relevant commercial documents are appropriately executed, including lease agreements.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of insurance records, security deposits and other risk mitigation mechanisms .
- Provide annual accounts and financial statements, income and expense reports
- Assist in annual budget preparation and forecasting
- Undertake development of tender documents, including KPls, SLAs, Scope and BoQ.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with minimal guidance
5. QA/QC Inspector (Landscape)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality of landscape construction materials, landscape works, and workmanship, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, site conditions, and any deviations from the approved plans.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and submit them to the project manager. Maintain records of periodical test reports of sweet soil and planting soil mix.
- Ensure that landscape construction activities follow safety regulations and adhere to occupational health and safety standards.
- Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, site instructions/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.
- Identify discrepancies between plans and actual construction activities. Collaborate with various disciplines through effective communication and teamwork
