Key Responsibilities
- Promote, lease, and renew residential and commercial properties.
- Handle the full leasing cycle from prospecting and site visits to closing deals.

- Negotiate lease terms and rental rates in alignment with company targets.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred).
- Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in leasing and property management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of property laws and leasing regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
