Structure

• A Decree Law established QatarEnergy in 1974. 
• The QatarEnergy Board is responsible for the direction and oversight of QatarEnergy and is accountable to the Supreme Council for Economic Affairs and Investment.
• Mr. Saad Sherida Al Kaabi was appointed as the President & CEO of QatarEnergy in 2014.

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Assistant or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Thorough understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Knowledge of Qatari Labor Law and regulations.

• 8-10 years of experience in shipping, Logistics and Supply Chain.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Procurement, Contracts, and Project Management basics.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5 years total experience in Shipping & Logistics.
• Position can be filled after QatarEnergy induction, in lieu of experience.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Working knowledge with SAP or relevant software
• High computer literacy skills
• Proficiency in English
• Team working skills
• Detailed knowledge of principles, policies, procedures, and internal processes pertaining to corporate and business

• 6 years plus progressive experience in an administrative position of which 2 years held in supervisory capacity is
• preferable if further education requirement is met. If not, 8 years in administration is required.
• English language fluency (written and oral) and Arabic speaking is advantage.
• PC literate (Standard MS Office)
• Basic knowledge in SAP, financial skill.
• Sensitivity to issues regarding dealing/communicate with very Senior Management and with multi-national corporations
• and appropriate management.
• High degree of discretion required.
• Working with the SAP system is highly technical and requires extensive knowledge
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload

• Minimum 12 years of wide-ranging experience in various facets of the oil and gas industry with exposure to Production
• Operations, Maintenance, Administration, Materials, Budget, Cost Control, Oil Shipping and Gas movement, Environment
• Protection, Contractual Matters, Project Engineering.
• Good knowledge of the industry norms and practice.
