The Storekeeper is responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and managing materials and supplies. They ensure the store is well organized, stock levels are maintained, and records are accurately kept.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming materials and verify against purchase orders.
Organize and store items in designated areas.
Issue materials based on approved requests.
Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory regularly.
Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
Ensure cleanliness and order in the store.
Assist the procurement operations with daily tasks.
Coordinate with the procurement and accounts departments as needed.
Requirements:
High school or equivalent.
