1. Security Guard
We are seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to monitor and control access at the entrance of our manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of all personnel, visitors, vehicles, and property, while maintaining a visible and professional presence.
Responsibilities:
- Access Control: Monitor and manage entry/exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles; check credentials and issue visitor badges and gate pass.
- Surveillance: Conduct routine patrols of the gate area and perimeter to prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of all incoming and outgoing traffic, incidents, and irregularities.
- Emergency Response: Act as the first point of contact during emergencies (e.g., fire, medical, security threats); follow established protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety protocols, including proper PPE compliance for entrants where applicable.
- Customer Service: Greet employees and guests professionally; provide directions or assistance as needed.
