1. QA/QC Inspector

We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Quality Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that all products comply with company standards and regulatory requirements for quality and safety. Responsibilities include inspecting raw materials, components, and finished products, identifying any defects or deviations, and documenting inspection findings thoroughly. The ideal candidate possesses sharp attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a solid grasp of quality control tools and procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Monitor quality control activities across all stages, including inspections of incoming materials, in-process items, and finished goods. 
  • Ensure all processes comply with technical specifications, company policies, and established procedures. 
  • Maintain calibration schedules and accuracy for all inspection tools and instruments. 
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the project quality management system and propose enhancements.

The role involves reviewing customer purchase orders, processing internal orders to OEMs, and ensuring timely delivery and invoicing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate order status updates, coordinating with logistics partners, and handling financial documentation including Letters of Credit and AR/AP matters. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. This position plays a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency across internal and external stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Receive the Customer Purchase Order (PO) along with all supporting documents from the Proposals Engineer and review thoroughly to ensure complete understanding of the requirements—attention to detail is critical. 
  •  Process internal Purchase Orders to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), obtain Order Acknowledgements (OAs) from OEMs, and share our OA with the customer. 
  •  Follow up on order deliveries and coordinate shipment collections and dispatches. 
  •  Provide timely order status updates to both internal and external stakeholders. 
  •  Coordinate with the Finance team for the establishment of Letters of Credit (LCs).

Roles & Responsibilities:

  •  Perform load estimation and electrical power system studies, including load flow, short circuit, and voltage drop calculations. 
  •  Design and develop single-line diagrams (SLDs), power and control schematics, cable sizing, earthing, and lighting calculations.
