Remote Recruiter & Hiring Specialist From Pakistan
Excellence Training Centre is a fast-growing company in Qatar seeking a skilled Recruiter to help us find top talent across various roles. As a Remote Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in interviewing, assessing, and selecting candidates to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 5-6 candidate interviews daily, applying strong observation and judgment skills.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and plan interview questions to evaluate candidates effectively.
- Use LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms to source candidates and fulfill urgent staffing needs, especially for trainers and sales roles.
- Provide daily recruitment report on progress and results.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in HR or related field
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience in recruitment and interviewing processes
- Ability to work remotely, 9-hour shifts with a 1-hour break, one day off per week
