• Procurement Officers are responsible for following role and responsibility
• Identify potential suppliers, conduct market research, and evaluate their capabilities, pricing, and reliability.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure favorable contracts, including pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
• Create and manage purchase orders for goods and services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimize stock levels and reduce carrying costs while ensuring adequate supply.
• Continuously analyze costs, market trends, and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
• Maintain and update supplier contracts, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and emerging products or services that could benefit the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in the procurement process.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills to secure favorable deals.

• Immediate Local Hiring Mobile Crane Operator With experience in roadworks and asphalt
• With at least 1 year experience

• Person should have valid Crane operation driving licenses and possess a valid training certification by QP authorized agency

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
• Responsible for development & planning for long term recruitment strategies and manpower planning
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges etc
• Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule

• In case of unsafe situation, stop the lifting operation, then check and ensure that it is safe continue the work.
• When lifting a load, ensure it is well secured and the brakes function of the lifting equipment is working properly.
• Ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods.
• Follow signals from assigned signalman when maneuvering the trailer into loading / offloading areas.
• Keep all involved persons in the working area fully aware of the loading / unloading activity.
• Must have minimum secondary level of education.
• Knowledge of hazards and safety precautions in the Safe Driving.
• Age between 30 and 45 years old.
• Able to speaks and writes in English.
• Physically fit with good hearing and eyesight. Able to judge distances and work at heights.
• Ensure that working area is clear of any unforeseen potential hazards before starting the operation.
• Operating the crane under supervision.
• Carrying tools for running repairs.
• Understanding and executing the job billing process.

• Supervising and mentoring junior finance staff, potentially including training and development activities.
• Internal Control:
• Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control procedures.
• Liaison and Communication:
• Collaborating with various stakeholders, including auditors, senior management, and other departments, to ensure effective communication and coordination on financial matters.
• Operational Support:
• Providing support to the Finance Manager and other senior managers in various financial activities and projects.

• Audit Planning and Execution: Assist in developing audit plans, identifying key risk areas, and conducting audits to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements, records, and transactions to identify discrepancies, errors, or potential fraud.
• Compliance Evaluation: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Reporting and Communication: Prepare detailed audit reports, communicate findings to management, and recommend corrective actions.
• Risk Management: Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies for mitigating identified risks.
