• Well versed in MS Excel, Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities providing support to managers, knowledge of procurement process by handling a variety of admin related tasks. 
• To resolve the administrative problems by coordinating with respective officials, Should be available in Doha for a face-to-face interview on transferable visa

• Efficiently runs the Procurement function for a specific category of products.
• In charge of strategic procurement and overseeing all operational aspects of the procurement of products, meeting the specified needs of the business at competitive commercial terms.
• Responsible for purchase of goods & services from vendors for business requirement
• Ensure purchase orders are correctly prepared and forwarded to suppliers on time.
• Ensure the best price, quality and favorable credit terms are obtained for all purchases through competitive quotations.
• Compile purchase orders, follow-up with business units for unmatched LPO’s and ensure delivery of goods on time · Prepare MIS reports, update the database.
• A good understanding of best practices in procurement and supply chain management with experiences in other areas of the supply chain operations a clear plus, this also includes having a good knowledge of SAP ERP systems
• The candidate must have a valid QID and transferable Visa and NOC.
• A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of gulf experience is required

• Manage the LEED performance requirement (Energy, Water, Waste, Transportation and Human Experience) needed to maintain the LEED Certificate
• Implement the operation and maintenance works in accordance with the submitted proposed methodology, procedures, logs and plans to LEED performance requirements, such as but not limited to
• Using TSE for irrigation system
• Using Low water consumption sanitary fixture
• Follow measurement and verification plan
• Energy consumption
• Material replacement
• Responsible for all actions and procedures to be performed such as the verification, documentation, uploading and inspections to USGBC during the contract period in order to ensure LEED certificate requirement
• Bachelors degree in sustainability, environmental, engineering, or another related field
• Green building accreditation LEED USGBC GSAS
• 2 years of successful sustainability program design and implementation
• Experience in developing presentation material
• Available in Doha for an interview

• Must have experience from FM / Maintenance background
• Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditures.
• Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings, documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Determining project changes, ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Developing project strategies, undertaking project tasks as required, providing administrative support as needed.
• Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately.
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
• Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team.
• Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.
• Engineering degree in Mechanical discipline
• Arabic Language proficiency is a must

• Following specifications and calculations to create various technical drawings.
• Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with Auto CADD systems.
• Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations.
• Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.
• Preparing, reviewing and redrafting alongside the engineering team.
• Ensuring final designs are compliant with building regulations.
• Identifying and communicating potential design problems to the rest of the team.
• BE or Diploma in engineering or architecture.
• Experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CADD).
• Ability to draw manually favorable, but not essential.
• Ability to work well in a team and on your own.

• Multi-skilled engineer to carry out fault diagnosis, remedial repairs, calibration, and planned preventative maintenance of the ELV systems.
• The main purpose of this position is to be able to independently handle and support multi-technology ELV equipment.
• The typical equipment is IP CCTV systems, Security systems, Security Gates, Central Battery System, and Lighting control system and associated equipment and associated equipment. Will have to work under the directions of the ELV Systems Engineer.
• Typically working across a range of technically complex and sensitive ELV Systems in a university environment. Liaising with other contractors and OEM suppliers at the site.
• Carry out remedial repairs and preventative maintenance of IP CCTV systems, Security systems, Security Gates, Central Battery System, and Lighting control system and associated equipment and associated equipment.
• Carry out first instance diagnosis of the above ELV Systems Engineer in resolving faults.
• Spares management.
• Maintain awareness of new and emerging technologies and the potential application on client engagements
• At least 08 years of experience in the ELV field with a related degree from a reputed university.
• The candidate should be available in Doha for face to face interview, for a local transfer, NOC is a must
