1. Radiology Technician (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

  • performs all available radiographic examinations and techniques to be done in the department as assigned by the Radiologist and the Senior Technician
  • determines patient’s Radiologic examinations by reading requests or from physicians’ instructions
  • provides verbal and/or written instructions with explanation about the following examination to reduce patient anxiety and obtain cooperation from the patient during the procedure
  • escorts patients to the changing room of the designated examination room
  • assists in position of the patient on the examination table
  • operates radiologic equipment to produce high quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • positions radiologic equipment and adjust controls according to specification of the examination
  • repeats images that do not meet the established standards in the department
  • uses radiation safety measures and protection devices to ensure safety of patients and team members
  • ensures radiologic equipment remains in working order and report any malfunctioning with the equipment to the Senior Radiology Technician
  • performs related administrative duties including completing necessary forms, labeling films and film envelopes
  • maintains adequate radiologic supplies in the department for all radiographic examinations
  • maintains records on examinations performed daily in the department with respect to the protocol
  • coordinates with other colleagues when a procedure requires more than one technician
  • performs all other duties as assigned by Senior Radiology Technician and Radiologist

2. Radiology Technician (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

3. Senior Radiology Technician (Male)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Diagnostic Imaging: Operate X-ray, CT, MRI, or other imaging equipment with accuracy and safety.
  • Patient Preparation: Explain procedures, ensure patient comfort, and position patients correctly for optimal imaging.
  • Image Quality Control: Ensure images meet diagnostic standards and adjust techniques as needed.
  • Radiation Safety: Follow ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) principles to protect patients and staff.
  • Administrative & Supervisory Duties
  • Supervise Junior Technicians: Provide guidance, training, and support to less experienced staff.
  • Workflow Coordination: Help manage daily schedules, prioritize urgent cases, and reduce patient wait times.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Monitor equipment functionality, troubleshoot minor issues, and report major problems.
  • Inventory Management: Keep track of supplies like contrast media, films, or PPE and ensure availability.
  • Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain Records: Accurately document procedures, patient info, and imaging results in hospital systems (like PACS/RIS).
  • Compliance: Ensure procedures follow hospital policies, radiologic standards, and local regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in Audits/Inspections: Help with quality assurance programs and readiness for accreditation inspections.

4. Laboratory Supervisor (male)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient handling at the reception.
  • Supervises handling specimens to be stored or transported to reference laboratories.
  • Supervises the correct specimen requirements, criteria of acceptability or rejection.
  • Supervises all quality controls, quality assurance requirements and established guidelines as per Lab, Department or section.
  • Supervises the implementation safety policies, universal precautions and hazardous material management and waste policies.
  • Assures the routine patient test performance, including, as applicable, patient identification and preparation; and specimen collection, handling, processing and testing.
  • Overlook all the recording and reporting of test results, including, as applicable, reporting critical results.
  • Validate intermediate test results or worksheets, quality control records, proficiency testing results, and preventive maintenance records.
  • Oversee the performance of instrument maintenance and function checks.
  • Assess test performance through testing previously analyzed specimens, internal blind testing specimens or external proficiency testing specimens.
  • Assure that all lab protocol to perform laboratory tests and correctly log the results of those tests.

5. HR - Learning and development officer (with medical background mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design & Development: Develop, implement, and evaluate training programs for healthcare employees, with a focus on compliance, skills enhancement, and professional development.
  • Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions on various topics, including clinical procedures, medical ethics, patient care, safety regulations, and soft skills for medical staff.
