1. Welder - Auto Workshop
To perform welding and fabrication tasks related to vehicle bodywork, chassis, frames, and other automotive components in accordance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG, TIG, and arc welding for repair and fabrication of vehicle parts and workshop equipment.
- Fabricate, repair, and assemble metal structures and components based on technical drawings and specifications.
- Conduct cutting, grinding, and finishing of metal components as required.
- Weld mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum parts for cars, trucks, and heavy vehicles.
- Inspect welds to ensure structural soundness and compliance with quality standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and use appropriate PPE while operating welding equipment.
- Maintain welding tools and machinery, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
- Assist mechanics and body technicians in aligning, fitting, and finishing fabricated parts.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
- Support the workshop team with general fabrication tasks and other assigned duties.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or technical certification in Welding/Fabrication.
- Minimum 2-5 years experience in an automotive garage/workshop environment.
- Skilled in MIG, TIG, and arc welding processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Experience working on light and heavy vehicles is preferred.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to welding and fabrication work.

2. Estimation Engineer
To prepare accurate cost estimates for projects by analyzing project requirements, reviewing drawings and specifications, and applying engineering knowledge. The Estimation Engineer plays a crucial role in the pre-contract stage, supporting business development and bid submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documents to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for civil, or architectural works as applicable.
- Request and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers for pricing.
- Liaise with procurement and engineering departments to gather pricing information and technical inputs.
- Attend site visits and pre-tender meetings to gather project-specific data.
- Develop and maintain cost databases and estimation tools.
- Prepare tender documents, pricing sheets, and BOQs in coordination with the tendering team.
- Assist in technical and commercial bid submissions.
- Identify risks, discrepancies, and opportunities in bid documents.
- Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
- Prepare project budgets, cash flows, and cost monitoring reports as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3–6 years of experience in cost estimation within construction, infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local market pricing.
- Proficiency in estimation software such as AutoCAD, Candy, CCS, or Excel-based models.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, technical documents, and BOQs.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of tendering procedures and contract conditions (FIDIC is a plus).
