1. Waiter
We are hiring enthusiastic and service-focused team members to join as Waiters or Food Runners. You will ensure fast, friendly service, support smooth table operations, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests professionally
- Take and relay orders accurately using the POS system (Waiter)
- Deliver food and beverages quickly and correctly (Food Runner)
- Maintain cleanliness and restock service areas
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and service teams
- Support in resolving guest needs or issues promptly
Requirements:
- Experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Familiarity with POS systems (for Waiters)
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
2. Recruitment Coordinator (Male Only)
Job Description:
- Manage all the recruitment transactional processes (cycles) for specifically allocated vacancies to include:
- Receive recruitment requests from line managers of each department and outlet.
- Make sure that this request for the appointment of a new hiring or is it a replacement of resigned employee.
- If the request to hiring a replacement, must get the HR asst. Manager approval.
- Compiling shortlist and interview packs for line managers based on competences required.
- Ensuring that all relevant communication to line managers and applicants are sent out.
- Assist with production of relevant management information and reports including advertising spend, agency offices, head hunting, walks up candidates, Recruitment websites.
- Liaison with external advertising agencies and temporary recruitment agencies.
- To coordinate the redeployment program, which assists employees who are seeking internal alternative employment opportunities
- Liaise with the recruitment contact center and deal with application queries.
- Deal with and resolve queries relating to recruitment and advertising.
- Screening applications and processing successful candidates to interview.
- Short list the candidates as per the required competencies.
- Arranging all first and final round interviews.
- Arranging to make interviews by phone / Zoom Interview
