1. Sales Agent
Job Description:
- Rigorously prospect for new business and follow up with leads in your pipeline on a daily basis from various lead sources to include but not limited to calls, Internet sources, Expired listings, Open Houses, just listed/sold, Past clients, and Listing inquiries.
- Build rapport with sellers, listen, solve problems, overcome objections.
- Manage leads and stay organized using our internal CRM.
- Chase deals until they are either closed, dead or turned into qualified appointments.
- Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer Specialists.
- Outbound calling, taking inbound calls, e-mail communication, cold calling, coordination, and scheduling of real estate buying and selling opportunities and overall management of sales pipeline through the sales cycle.
- Accurately track and convey productivity and sales metrics to management.
- Analyze market pricing and trends and recommend a reserve or minimum selling price while developing a competitive market price by comparing properties.
2. Sales Advisor (Female)
Steps Real Estate Qatar is seeking a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Agent to join our team in Lusail, Qatar.
The Sales Advisor will be responsible for:
- Assisting clients in all aspects of the sales process, including advising clients on suitable properties, answering client inquiries, and arranging property viewings
- Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and working to ensure client satisfaction
- Managing and updating property listings on multiple platforms, including online and print media
- Preparing and presenting contracts to clients with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with legal procedures and company policies
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest market trends and real estate news to ensure a high level of industry knowledge and expertise
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English, and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with the real estate market in Qatar, and a strong understanding of industry practices, regulations, and requirements
- Sales-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, able to work independently or as part of a team
- Qatari Driving License
