1. Automotive Parts Sales Executive
Job Description:
- Meet and greet customers.
- Check requirement of customer and refer to catalogue (FAST) for Part No.
- Check availability and generate requisition.
- Negotiate, finalize order and invoice parts upon confirmation from customer.
- Report PNA cases to Assistant Manager - Sales.
- Incase of branches, plan branch parts inventory as per parts movement.
- Incase of outdoor sales, visit all customers regularly and ensure daily reporting/ attainment of set objectives.
- Tally cash with daily report and deposit cash at bank on a daily basis. (Applicable for branch only).
Skills
- Has at least 2 years relevant experience as Sales Executive (Parts) - Automotive
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Able to communicate effectively with people inside the organization and external customers
- Has knowledge on customer service principles and processes
2. Auto Technician
Job Description:
- To follow Safety Guidelines, as per Company Policy.
- Maintaining the work standards as per Dealership policy and procedure.
- Reading and understanding the customer concern.
- Follow up the diagnosis procedure as per service manual.
- Preparing estimate as per Diagnosis and Dealership standards.
- Taking approval based on Diagnosis directly from supervisor.
- Maintain the 5S activities.
Skills
- Dealership Experience (2-3Years)
- Recognize Diploma in Regular basis or ITI certificate (Industrial Training Institute).
- Knowing of PMS (Periodic Maintenance Service) as per Dealership Standards.
- Technicians will speak with their supervisors, so the ability to understand instructions and communicate effectively will benefit you greatly.
- Knowing about the replacement Suspension and brakes etc.
- Basic Knowledge about SST (Service Special Tool) Tools handling.
3. Parts Store Keeper
Job Description:
- Maintain the stock of all tools and equipment related to the workshop.
- Carry out proper documentation while issuing and receiving tools.
- Procurement of consumable items & other workshop purchases.
- Carry out periodical inventory of all Tools/Equipment.
- Maintain proper housekeeping in the stores.
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least two (2) years of experience in an automotive or truck parts warehouse, repair center, dealership, or similar facility is an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of automotive parts and mechanical systems.
