1. Lead Engineer - Fleet Management
To be successful in this role you will:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical /Aeronautical/ Electrical/ Electronics) OR equivalent
- 10-15 years’ experience in design engineering, operation, maintenance & trouble shooting of Heavy-duty gas turbines /Auxiliaries (Fr5, Fr6B, Fr7E, Fr9E)
- Strong working knowledge of Heavy-duty Gas Turbines & Auxiliaries.
- Ready to travel on short notice 20 to 25% of the time.
- Availability to work during weekends for emergency technical support.
2. Lead Commissioning Engineer, Automation & Control
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Electrical or equivalent Engineering degree from an accredited college or university.
- Requires knowledge and hand-on experience on Control Systems like MarkVIe, MarkVIeS SIL System, Proficy Machine Edition, PLCs, DCS etc..
- Ability to interpret the Control logics and troubleshoot Operational issues of the Systems.
- Have experience in interpreting Engineering & Technical documents like Process & instrument diagrams (P&ID), Wiring diagrams etc..
- Have minimum 5 years of Technical experience on Control systems and Rotating machinery working at Project sites.
- Have knowledge of Baker Hughes Heavy-duty Gas Turbines or Centrifugal compressors operation.
- Have fluency in English with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Flexibility to travel to different sites.
3. Senior Resource Manager
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s Engineering degree with a minimum of 8 to 10 years of industry experience.
- Have hands-on Resource Management role or Project Management Experience, or Operations Management (Site Leadership experience is a preference)
- Have industry certifications in project management, HR, or technical disciplines is desired.
- Have Technical Knowledge on Gas turbine and/or rotating equipment (Preferable). Have Oil & Gas and Power/energy industry experience preferred
- Be able to exercise excellent service skills to support internal stakeholders and customer needs
- Have people leadership expertise and possess problem-solving techniques
- Be efficient in time management Skills.
- Have a track record of Planning Skills / Project Management.
- Have good interpersonal skills: ability to work with all levels of employees
- Be able to work under pressure.
4. Field Service Engineer - Mechanical Heavy Duty Gas Turbine
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Have more than 5 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas/ Power/ Refinery/ Turbomachinery industries.
- Be able to perform major Inspections and overhauling of HDGT – Frame 7 and/or Frame 9E.
- Be able to perform Laser Alignments & Borescope inspection on all machines.
