Project manager -Aluminum and facade
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager – Aluminum & Façade to lead the successful execution of façade and aluminum system projects across Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of aluminum and façade systems, strong project management capabilities, and proven leadership in handling medium to large-scale projects. A valid driving license is essential for site travel and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
Develop detailed project execution plans, define scope, set milestones, and allocate resources.
Ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery in line with client expectations.
Technical Oversight
Review technical drawings, specifications, and architectural details.
Liaise with design and engineering teams to resolve design or technical conflicts.
Team Management
Lead and manage site teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Monitor performance, enforce safety and quality protocols, and provide on-site guidance.
Client Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors.
Conduct regular site and coordination meetings to track progress and resolve issues.
Procurement & Logistics
Coordinate with procurement to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
Oversee logistics and site readiness to avoid disruptions and delays.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain up-to-date project documentation including progress reports, RFIs, material approvals, and variation orders.
Compliance
Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, HSE standards, and company procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in aluminum and façade project management.
In-depth knowledge of curtain wall systems, ACP cladding, glazing, louvers, and unitized systems.
Demonstrated experience managing complex façade projects in the GCC region, preferably Qatar.
Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and/or Primavera.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
