1. Operations Assistant
Your role will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to the dynamic Operations and Logistics Teams as well as responsibility for some office up keeping and coordination.
What you'll do
- Operations
- Assist Operations team in the equipment preparation, loading/unloading of equipment,
- delivery/collection/pickup of equipment to customer respective warehouses/offices
- Assist Operations in the submission/collection of documents for signature as required
- including document translations
- Drop and Pickup field engineers to and from Heliport for offshore service visit
- Drop and Pickup Viasat visitors/managers from the airport to hotel/office
- Logistics/Warehousing
- Provide weekly inventory update and other logistics functions as needed
- Receiving of deliveries and dispatching of delivery materials
- Shipping documentation required for submission of CITC, i.e. custom clearance related approvals by local Telco regulatory offices
- Assist in the equipment disposals in coordination with Operations
- Office Coordination
- Maintaining the office cleanliness (office cleaning), assisting contractors in fixing electrical, AC, among others
- Monitoring of office inventory, i.e. stationaries, and groceries for office use
What you'll need
- Good MS Word, Excel skills
- Good communication skills and internal and external customer focus
- Drivers license
- Basic experience with logistics tasks and custom formalities, engagements with shipping couriers
- Willigness to learn and grow
