1. Fire Doors Estimation Engineer

Job Description:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for fire door projects based on specifications, drawings, and site surveys.
  • Review project specifications and drawings to determine material and labor requirements.
  • Collaborate with project teams and suppliers to obtain quotes and cost information.
  • Ensure that all estimates comply with industry standards and relevant fire safety regulations.
  • Conduct site surveys when necessary to gather information for accurate estimations.
  • Assist in the preparation of project bids, tenders, and proposals.
  • Monitor and manage project costs to maintain profitability and efficiency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in estimation, preferably with a focus on fire doors or related fire safety solutions.

2. Sales Engineer - Fire Doors

Job Description:

  • Get NAFFCO Fire Door on Client, Consultant and Contractor's approved vendor list.
  • Improve NAFFCO Fire Rated Doors & Glazing system products sales.
  • Develop a dedicated sales team for NAFFCO Fire Doors.
  • Ensure engineering requirements are met in line with the site and production requirements.
  • With at least 5 years relevant experience-in Fire Door and hardware industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree holder in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Available in Qatar and can join Immediately.
  • Qatar Driving license is a MANDATORY.

3. Pre-Sales Engineer (CCTV & Security Systems)

Job Description:

  • Designing of CCTV Systems Complying with Qatar MOI-Security Systems Department Regulations & Consultant Specifications.
  • Arranging Documents for the upload of CCTV Design in MOI-SSD Portal.
  • Rectify MOI-SSD Comments on the CCTV System Design.
  • Studying Tender documents.
  • Attending Technical meetings with contractors and consultants, also with customers to understand their requirements.
  • Preparing Bill of quantity and estimating project cost.
  • Preparing technical submittals, and reviewing CAD Design Drawings.
  • Support Sales Team throughout the project bidding stage.

4. Sales Coordinator

Job Description:

  • Assist Sales team by providing support for sales activities, communication between clients.
  • Preparation of technical proposals and sales documentation.
  • Contact with customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Organize, classify, and maintain all documents.
  • Maintain organized filing system for easy retrieval of documents.

5. Draughtsman (CCTV & Security Systems)

Job Description:

  • Prepare systems layouts, cable routing diagrams and electrical wiring plans using AutoCAD.
  • Ensure that all drawings matching the industry standards, local codes & client specifications.
  • Prepare As-Built drawings once the system is installed, reflecting any changes made during the installation phase.
  • Create detailed drawings for ELV systems (CCTV, Access Control, SCS)

6. Structural Civil Engineer – Oil & Gas Fabrication

Job Description:

  • Design and analyze structural components for oil and gas platforms, pipelines, tanks, and other infrastructure.
  • Utilize engineering principles and software to perform load calculations, stress analysis, and ensure structural integrity.
  • Develop design specifications and ensure compliance with applicable codes and industry standards.
  • Monitor and guide the fabrication process, making adjustments as needed to address any technical or safety concerns.
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure quality control procedures are followed throughout the fabrication process.
  • Verify that all structures comply with local, national, and international standards, including safety and environmental regulations.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate materials based on project requirements and environmental conditions, such as corrosive environments or high temperatures.
  • Oversee testing of materials and fabricated components to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Ensure structures are designed to withstand environmental factors like seismic activity, wind, and extreme weather.

7. Production Engineer

Job Description:

  • Should be Mechanical Engineer
  • Good knowledge with AutoCAD
  • Excellent knowledge about the process of fabrication of Fire Rated and HVAC Ducts
  • Excellent knowledge about the different types of Duct flanges: TDF and TDC with related process of fabrication
  • Good knowledge about the third party requirement for Duct manufacturing like UL
  • Good experience in Duct fabrication using automated Duct line, plasma cutting, flange forming, profile forming, shearing, bending, welding, folding,… machines

8. Technical Engineer

Job Description:

  • Review the RFQ document’s, understanding the project requirement.
  • Preparation of Price request for Sub-vendors,
  • Preparation of technical Bid/ commercial bid including compliance statement, datasheet preparation, deviation list, TQ response, and other Bidding documents
  • Co-ordination, strong relationship with major EPC contractors/ end users.
  • Preparation and Review of Detail Engineering drawings, Manuals, Procedures, ITP’s, Close-out documents.
  • Preparation and review of fabrication drawings of customized fire skid solutions.
  • Preparation and presenting the technical reports
  • Skid Mounted Fire systems. (Deluge/ Bladder Tank, NOVEC, FM 200, IG, Dry Chemical, Fire Pumps)
  • Fire water network equipment such as custom-made hydrants, Water/ Foam Monitors.
  • Customized Fire protection solution as per End user requirement.

9. Production Engineer

Job Description:

  • Handle and supervise the full Fire Door section that contains 70 employees segregated into 4 teams: Punching, Welding, Painting and Packing
  • Follow the planning and implement it on the production area
  • Prepare the design and the BOM for all new designs
  • Prepare the fabrication process for all new designs
  • Prepare the routing of each new job with related time frame for each step
  • Ensure the smooth running of work and the availability of related raw material
  • Ensure the best use of the manpower
  • Respect the given Delivery time and ensure the good quality of the product

10. Fire Alarm Engineer

Job Description:

  • Holder of Electrical Engineering Certificate.
  • Holder of UPDA & QCDD Certification.
