1. Storekeeper

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintaining organized and updated Store for a business.
  • Use Store management software to upload or scan paper documents, retrieve documents
  • Scan and upload calibration certificates and collect and register all technical documents such as drawings.

  • Should have the capabilities to complete the given target on time.

2. Electrical Project Engineer UPDA - A/B

Job Descriptions

  • Should lead the team and perform the services for all the electrical assets and equipment.
  • Should have experience working in Qatar and should be aware about Km regulations
  • Practical site work experience in testing and commissioning of HV, LV Switch gears, transformers, relay control panels, 'Motors, capacitor Banks, Cables etc
  • Should be responsible for leading document reviews related to the commissioning program, construction site inspections and system testing.
  • Should have sound knowledge and capable to handle the specialized testing services
  • Should be responsible for the activities related to the services providing by the team.

4. Warehouse Supervisor (Fire Protection Service)

Job Descriptions:

  • Familiarity with different types of fire extinguishers
  • Knowledge of fire safety standards (NFPA) and QCDD regulations.
  • Experience in testing, maintenance and refilling of fire extinguishers.
  • Ability to lift and carry fire extinguishers (up to 50lbs)
  • Comfortable in various environments, industrial, commercial and residential locations.
  • Database for fire extinguishers refilling customers.

5. Receptionist and Secretary

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the organization's reception area.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate persons and offices they are visiting after doing due diligence.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute correspondences.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, company brochures and magazines/ newspapers).

7. Junior Project Engineer/Project Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handles all assignments handed over by the Head of Projects 
  • Co-ordination with the Site Engineer, assigning daily work tasks to Site Engineer and their teams. 
  • Collect and review information from Foremen, Helpers solve daily issues, to provide a proper level of support to the project department 
  • Ensure optimum utilization of available resources by prioritizing the supply as per requirement. 
  • Creating and producing daily, weekly and monthly reporting for management 
  • Preparation of daily reports, filling of daily log-books. 
  • Provide end-to-end administration support on timely completion and effective communication to all project departments. 
  • Perform and overview daily administrative activities and communications to ensure the smooth execution of the project team. 
  • Coordinate the maintenance of office systems to ensure the update of information according to data quality standards.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

  • Operational Expertise
  • Provide conceptual and preliminary design, option analysis, scope and specification of substation automation and control systems 
  • Protection system design development, device evaluation and application 
  • Development and maintenance of secondary system design standards 
  • Specific protection system coordination and functions for HV transmission network installations 
  • Standard and non-standard protection system design and construct application and solutions for all HV power system network assets. Assist in co-ordinating work programs for delivery of non-standard solutions 
  • Protection equipment specification and operation instruction to design and construction, operations, and maintenance 
  • Calculate and review specific protection and control settings, configurations, testing and commissioning procedures across all protection types

Requirement:

  • Should perform limited specialist work for installation, operation and Maintenance of switchgears and electricity distribution substation equipment and any machinery that control, protect, and monitor the electricity flow.
  • Prepare schedules and coordinate activities with various electrical projects.
  • Ensure accurate and apt completion of all protective maintenance duties.
  • Perform defensive repair and prevention of field, plant and shop for electronic and electrical. systems equipment and devices.
  • Min 5 years duration after issuing Kahramaa card.

10. Machinist

Qualifications:

  • Must have good knowledge in Machine operating and must know how to use and fix tool and equipment.
  • And also should be able to read and understand drawing and calculations.
  • And mainly he must know to use Vernier caliper, micrometers (inside and outside) depth micrometers, guages, dial indicators, and peeler guage;
  • Especially should know both MM and Inch sizes in all type of measuring and marking equipment's.
