1. Graduate - Digital Delivery

As a Graduate Digital Delivery, you will support our multi-disciplinary teams in integrating Building Information Modelling (BIM) into the design and delivery of major projects across the region. You’ll work with a team of digital specialists, engineers, and architects using innovative platforms like Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, and BIM360 to drive efficiency, collaboration, and design excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the coordination and management of BIM models across disciplines.
  • Support the development of 3D and 4D models for design, planning, and construction stages.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure models comply with project requirements and BIM standards.
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute to digital innovation initiatives.
  • Learn and apply industry best practices for data integration, automation, and visualization.

2. Graduate Engineer - Civil

As a Graduate Civil Engineer at AECOM, you’ll support the planning, design, and delivery of critical infrastructure projects across Qatar. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience and exposure to key technical tools and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design of civil infrastructure components including roads, utilities, and site development layouts.

4. Senior Contracts Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership for overall compliance of the processes and procedures necessary to deliver the Road Projects Department, identifying issues impacting compliance with successful delivery, and assisting in successful issue resolution;
  • Highlight and address issues that could potentially impact successful programme/project delivery are brought to the attention of the Head of Section;

5. Design Manager - Fit Out

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in interior design or fit-out projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software
  • Strong project management skills, with PMP certification preferred
  • Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing design teams
  • Advanced knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Qatar
  • Understanding of sustainable design practices and their application in fit-out projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
  • Experience with both commercial and residential fit-out projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
