Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- MS Office – Moderate proficiency; ERP experience preferred.
- Prior experience of 2-3 years working in a retail environment as a cashier preferable; customer facing experience preferred.
- Gender Male.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented and highly observant.
- Knowledge of PC equipment and comfort level using electronic equipment as scanners and money counters.

Job Description:
- Receives and issues a receipt for cash, checks and credit card payments, following the procedure set out for accepting payment (e.g., checks verified, etc.)
- Records amount received in the computer and secures monies in the register/drawer.
- Makes change and issues receipts to customers.
- Reviews and records totals as shown on the receipt tape and verifies against cash on hand.
- Perform basic math functions to collect payments and make change.
- Receive payment by cash, cheque, credit cards.
- Petty cash handling as per SOP.
- Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, cheque and credit card transactions.
- Daily bank deposits adhering to Internal control procedures.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Intermediate bookkeeping knowledge.
- Performing tasks as assigned by line manager.
2. Marketing And Admin (Automotive ,Lubricants - Qatar)
Act as the first-level interface with customers and suppliers, handling basic negotiations on marketing spends and resolving routine issues within defined guidelines.
Ensure customer and principal satisfaction through effective engagement, loyalty programs, and brand retention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute trade promotions including consumer offers, promos and market visibility campaigns.
- Build and manage strong retailer relationships, negotiating pricing, placement, and promotional support.
- Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of trade initiatives.
- Analyze sales data and conduct market research to identify trends, pricing structure, opportunities and performance gaps.
