1. Senior Accountant - Healthcare Firm
Job Description:
- Prepare daily and monthly revenues report for ministry of finance.
- Prepare monthly revenue reports for PHCC management and other sections.
- Assessment of existing operational capacity and utilization of functional areas.
- Analyze capacity utilization patterns and report periodic variance.
- Forecast capacity changes and financial/non-financial impact analysis.
- Any other such task assigned from time to time
- Reviews all revenues transactions and all accounting entries for daily closing.
- Preform (Monthly-Year) end closing process to ensure proper financial statements and supporting documents are prepared in a timely manner.
- Prepare Accounts Receivable Aging Report.
- Reconcile bank statements in cash management and liaise with bank.
- Coordinating with Auditors on all Audit activities and fulfilling audit related requirements.
- Reviewing and payment of patient refund claims.
- Claim and follow the payment of all unauthorized reversal transactions.
2. Nurse - Dermatologist
Job Description:
- Assessing, observing, and speaking to patients
- Recording details and symptoms of patient medical history and current health
- Preparing patients for exams and treatment
- Administering medications and treatments, then monitoring patients for side effects and reactions
- Creating, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans with the medical team
- Performing wound care, such as cleaning and bandaging them
- Assisting in medical procedures as needed
- Operating and monitoring medical equipment
- Drawing blood, urine samples, and other body fluids for lab work
- Educating patients and family members on treatment and care plans, as well as answering their questions
- Supervising licensed practical and vocational nurses, nursing assistants, and nursing students
3. Mechanical Technician
Job Description:
- Hands on experience in operation and maintenance of the HVAC & Electrical equipment’s such as Primary/Secondary/tertiary Chilled water pumps, Sump Pumps, condenser pumps, transfer pumps, booster pumps, AC Blowers, Exhaust fans etc.
- Identify, troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic pneumatic and simple electrical problems.
- Carry out minor plumbing maintenance work, such as repair or replacement of plumbing fixtures.
- Just be able to satisfactorily demonstrate proficiency in Machine Repair, Machine Tool Operations, Pipefitting and Welding
- Recognizes and corrects potential equipment failure or unsafe conditions and communicates this to Maintenance Manager.
- e able and willing to work in non-ideal environments such as confined spaces, working at heights, dusty/dirty environments
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Responsible for proper care/cleaning of tools, parts, materials and work area
