1. Head Chef
Qualifications:
- Open to male candidates
- Must have 3 years of experience
- Must possess unique and innovative culinary ideas
2. Female Waitress
Job Description:
- Performs a wide range of duties involved with preparing and/or serving foods and beverages.
- Assist in cleaning work areas, equipment, utensils.
- May assist in the set up, and service; and collection of garbage/trash; as appropriate to the area of operation.
- May serve food to customers and/or perform cashiering duties, as appropriate.
- Welcome guests in a friendly and polite manner.
- Take orders over the counter (make note of special request if required).
- Communicate food & drink order to Kitchen.
- Explain menu, serve food & drinks to diners or wrap up for takeaways.
- Maintain cleanliness.
- can join immediately.
3. Driver
Job Description:
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventive maintenance
- Document and log work/rest periods and kilometres spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts
- Comply with driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
- Report defects, accidents or violations
- Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
- No recent moving or driving violations
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
- Familiar with the places within Qatar
- Must be on reach and available when needed
- Must be physically fit and able to lift light/heavy items
- Knowledgeable on FMCG outlets here in Qatar
4. Asian Cook
Job Description:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a cook in a professional kitchen.
- Proficiency in Tamil or Sinhala (spoken and written) is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine, including traditional cooking techniques and recipes.
- Ability to prepare and present a variety of Asian dishes, such as rice & curry, kottu, hoppers, string hoppers, sambols, and seafood dishes, with consistency and quality.
- Experience in maintaining food safety and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
- Must be able to follow recipes and adapt to menu changes as required.
- Flexibility with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
