Sales Engineer
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Sales Engineer – B2B to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business-to-business (B2B) sales, particularly within technical or engineering sectors. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering solutions tailored to client requirements. A valid Qatar driving license is mandatory as the role involves frequent client visits.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and close new B2B sales opportunities within target sectors (construction, MEP, industrial, etc.).
Conduct regular visits to clients, consultants, and contractors to present products and solutions.
Prepare technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer needs and project specifications.
Collaborate with internal engineering, estimation, and operations teams to provide accurate and timely quotations.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Track project developments and market trends to identify upcoming business opportunities.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project pipelines using CRM tools.
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
2–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in Qatar, preferably in technical or construction-related industries.
Solid understanding of engineering/technical products and their applications.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
