1. QA/QC Engineer – Civil Engineering Background
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA/QC Engineer with a strong Civil Engineering background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Quality Assurance and Quality Control within the building construction sector, with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor QA/QC systems in compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and company policies.
- Review and ensure all materials and workmanship comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams for quality-related matters.
- Conduct inspections and tests as per approved Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
- Maintain and update quality documentation, including NCRs, method statements, and inspection reports.
- Lead and support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action planning.
- Ensure all QA/QC reports are submitted in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC roles in building construction projects
- Valid MMUP (UPDA) Certificate – Grade A, B, or C
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards, ISO procedures, and local regulations

Job Description
