Experience
- 5+ Years Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce

- Superb communication and customer attention skills that help build rapport and persuade
- Intuition about customer desires and practical needs
- Strong knowledge about their industry and the general requirements of different customer types (commercial versus personal, for example)

Job Description
- Providing assistance in developing and implementing diagnosis repairs.
- Advising and sharing expertise with Technicians.
- Defining and developing applications for technical designs.

- Supporting team members in their programming activities.
- Researching and creating strategic management, operational, plans.
- Perform Joint Road test with customers to identify the concern and guide the technician to find the root cause to solve the customer vehicle concern
- Final quality inspection to perform on all brands and priority on comeback cases
- Technical on-floor support to improve technician efficiency
- Experience And Technical Knowledge
- Experience in the automotive industry
- 5 years’ experience managing an automotive workshop, particularly attached to a dealership
- Familiarity with American/Korean/Chinese Brands (GM preferred) &
- Automotive systems (vehicle layout, function and location of parts)
- Knowledge of mechanical issues, warranties, service and general repairs
3. Auto Technician
Job Description:
- Certified Service Technician (Base Level):
- Able to demonstrate basic service/maintenance operations (e.g., oil change, tire service, filter…) on motor vehicles.
- Able to identify and explain the basic service required in English (business language) while working on motor vehicles.
- Able to identify the required tools to complete basic service/maintenance on motor vehicles.
- Able to complete basic diagnostic work.
- Able to complete a basic safety check to ensure vehicle is safe to be handed over to the customer.
- Expert Technician (Mid-Level)
- Demonstrate the repairing and overhauling of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
- Able to identify and explain the repairing and overhauling of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components in English (business language) while working on motor vehicles.
- Able to identify the required tools to repairing and overhauling of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic components.
- Able to complete complex diagnostic works on all vehicle components.
4. Technical Consultant
Job Description:
- Strong experience in SQL Server database management and query optimization
- Hands on experience in .NET and Python for development & automation
- Knowledge of datalake technologies and best practices for data management
- Proficiency in creating dashboard using PowerBI, Tableau, any other analytics platform
- Strong analyticsl skills and ability to work with large datasets
- Proficiency in dot net C/AL(Client/Server Application language) and AL (Application Language) for custom developments
- Experience in SQL including querying, performance tuning and integration with third party systems
- Understanding of data models, database management and transactional workflows
- Knowledge of REST API and web services integration with other third party system is a plus.
