Our client is one of the leading regional banks, looking for a Group Head of Credit to lead credit strategy and risk management. This high-impact role is central to shaping the bank’s credit policies, driving portfolio growth, and maintaining a strong risk framework across diverse lending operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the bank’s overall credit strategy in alignment with business objectives.
Lead a global team, building a high-performance, risk-aware culture.
Oversee all aspects of credit risk management, including underwriting standards, portfolio quality, and credit review processes.
Implement advanced credit analytics and risk assessment models to enhance decision-making.
Partner with business units to design credit products that drive responsible growth across retail, SME, and corporate segments.
