The Ticketing and Reservation Expert is responsible for managing ticketing processes, handling client bookings, making reservations, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the travel or event planning experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Multilingual abilities.
- Experience with corporate travel accounts or group bookings.
- Familiarity with booking platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and confirm reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel or event services.
- Issue, reissue, and cancel tickets using GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Provide fare quotes, check availability, and advise customers on travel options, visa requirements, and itineraries.
