1. Public Relations Officer
Oceaneering is a global provider of engineered services and products, primarily to the offshore energy industry. We develop products and services for use throughout the lifecycle of an offshore oilfield, from drilling to decommissioning. We operate the world's premier fleet of work class ROVs. Additionally, we are a leader in offshore oilfield maintenance services, umbilicals, subsea hardware, and tooling. We also use applied technology expertise to serve the defense, entertainment, material handling, aerospace, science, and renewable energy industries.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating and liaising between the company and Government authorities and provide a key inter-face between the two.
- Provide quick, efficient and reliable services for all Government related jobs such as Employment Permits, Entry Visas, Medical Examinations, miscellaneous jobs related to Immigration,
- Ministry of Labor & Consulates, and Business Licences to the company and its group , adhering to the regular amendments in rules and regulations.
- Respond effectively to the demands of the Businesses, employees to assist them on all government related services.
Functions
- Responsible to administer the following towards Employee and liaising with local Qatar govt ministries:
- Obtain new employment visas / work permits for all expatriate employees.
- Monitor and renew expat employee residence permits.
- Obtain new residence visas for dependents of employees.
- Facilitate renewal of residence visas for dependents.
- Facilitate obtaining and renewal of Expatriates passports for employees and dependents.
- Facilitate and follow-up cancellation of visas for employees and dependents.
- Facilitate complex medical / police procedures on “one off” event of death of any employee or next to kin.
- Responsible to administer the following towards business facilitation on day-to-day basis:
- Liaise with embassies / foreign diplomatic missions to enable business visits.
- Liaise with Qatar Immigration dept. in obtaining business entry visas for global business visitors.
- Administer company and joint venture companies’ licenses.
- Assist other departments as required (to pay co. bills, cheque’s deposit, etc.)
- govt. authorities viz., Economic Department, Municipality, Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Finance & Industries etc.
- Provide expert advice to business and employees on all visa formalities and all other gov’t related procedures. Accountable in maintaining accurate records for all above services.
- The ever-changing government rules and regulations requires the post-holder to be abreast of updates on information / documents and at times certain jobs have to be tacked efficiently without much notice.
2. Account Manager, Digital Solutions

Duties And Responsibilities Purpose
- Oceaneering is seeking an experienced Account Manager for its Digital Solutions Business. The Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth for our Digital Solutions by identifying key prospective customers, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and winning new business. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual with experience and passion for selling digital products and services.
- Digital Solutions is a part of the Integrity Management and Digital Solutions segment. Our mission is to leverage digital products and services to enable our energy customers to be safer, greener, more efficient, and cost-effective across all their assets' life cycles. The Digital Solutions portfolio includes a variety of asset management and inspection software, data collection applications, communication services, and managed network services that address challenges specific to offshore environments, such as harsh conditions, remote locations, and the complexity of operations.
- The candidate must be a motivated person with a passion for digital transformation, software, sales, and business development and like to work in a fast-paced working environment with ambitious targets.
- The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience in managed services and digital products in the following industries: Oil and Gas, Energy, Renewables, Processing, Chemicals or similar. The candidate possesses a strong understanding of a customer’s needs and perceived value.
