1. Business Development Manager – Medical Consumable Supplies

The Business Development Manager (BDM) for Medical Consumables is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and building a strong network in the healthcare sector. The BDM will focus on expanding market share of medical consumable products including (but not limited to) surgical gloves, syringes, bandages, catheters, IV sets, and diagnostic kits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other healthcare facilities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including procurement officers, doctors, and hospital administrators.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets.
  • Provide product knowledge and training to healthcare providers and procurement teams.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product development and strategy.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
