Job Objective
• The Modern Trade Sales Executive reporting to the Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible
for managing and developing key modern trade accounts, achieving sales targets, and
fostering strong relationships with modern trade partners. Your role involves implementing
sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring the brand's presence and prominence
within modern trade channels.
Modern Trade Account Management:
• Manage and nurture relationships with key modern trade partners, including major retail chains
and hypermarkets.
• Understand and address the specific needs, challenges, and requirements of each account.
Sales Strategy Implementation:
• Collaborate with the Sales Supervisor to develop and execute sales strategies and objectives.
• Implement sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Sales Performance:
• Monitor and analyze sales performance for modern trade accounts, including product
performance, sales trends, and market dynamics.
• Proactively identify opportunities for revenue growth and take appropriate actions.
Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence:
