Required jobs in SGS company and their details:

1. Rope Access - Multi Discipline NDT Technicians

We are looking for experienced Multi-Discipline NDT Technicians (Level 2/1) to join our offshore team. You will perform visual, Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), and Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI) on vessels, pipelines, and structures, while interpreting P&ID’s, piping isometrics, and fabrication drawings. Additionally, you'll use software for reporting, maintain inspection equipment, and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of oil and gas experience (4 years offshore), IRATA Level 2/1, OPITO Tbosiet & H2S, and Level 2 certifications in UT, MPI, and DPI (ISO 9712 or ANSI/ASNT CP-189). Gulf experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • IRATA Level 2/1 Certification (Rope Access)
  • OPITO Approved Tbosiet & H2S Certificates
  • Certified UT Inspector - Level 2, ISO 9712 or ANSI/ASNT CP-189 or equivalent
  • Certified MPI Inspector - Level 2, ISO 9712 or ANSI/ASNT CP-189 or equivalent
  • Certified DPI Inspector - Level 2, ISO 9712 or ANSI/ASNT CP-189 or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • At least 4 years of relevant offshore field experience in NDT activities.
  • Extensive experience in performing inspections using UT, MPI, and DPI.
  • Technicians with Gulf experience and relevant field experience are highly preferred.
  • Competent in reading and understanding P&ID’s, piping isometrics, and fabrication drawings.
  • Proficient in the use of inspection and reporting software tools commonly used in the industry.

2. Rope Access - Multi Discipline NDT Technicians (RAT Supervisor / RAT Level 1/2 )

We are looking for experienced Rope Access Multi-Discipline NDT Technicians (RAT Supervisor / RAT Level 1/2) with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry. The successful candidates will supervise and coordinate Rope Access activities, ensuring that all work is conducted in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner. This role also requires the ability to perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) including Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), and Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI) in a high-risk offshore environment.

Qualifications

  • H.S.C/Diploma or any Degree
  • IRATA Level 3 Certification (Rope Access Supervisor)
  • Level 2 Certification in UT, MPI, and DPI (ISO 9712 or ANSI/ASNT CP-189 or equivalent)
  • OPITO Approved Tbosiet & H2S Certificates
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • At least 4 years of relevant offshore field experience, with extensive experience in Rope Access and NDT.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory capacity, overseeing Rope Access operations, ensuring safety, and compliance with standards.
  • Technicians with Gulf experience are highly preferred.
  • Strong background in performing and/or supervising NDT methods, including UT, MPI, and DPI.
  • Solid understanding of relevant industry standards, codes, and best practices in Rope Access and NDT.

3. Rope Access Level II - PAUT Inspector (Certified PAUT Level II - ISO 9712 or ANSI/ASNT CP-189)

We are seeking experienced PAUT Technicians (Level 2/1) with strong skills in Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) to join our team in the oil and gas industry. The selected candidates will be responsible for conducting PAUT inspections in compliance with industry standards, assessing the integrity of pipelines, pressure vessels, structural components, and other critical equipment

Qualifications

  • H.S.C/Diploma or any Degree
  • IRATA Level 2/1 Certification (Perform PAUT in compliance with industry standards)
  • OPITO Approved Tbosiet & H2S Certificates
  • 4 years of Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT) experience, particularly in offshore environments.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
  • At least 4 years of offshore PAUT inspection experience.
  • Candidates with Gulf experience and relevant field experience are highly preferred.

4. Field / Laboratory Technician

Job Description

  • Conduct field sampling for various environments, including groundwater, wastewater, seawater, soil, source emissions, fugitive emissions, ambient air, and indoor air quality.
  • Adhere to environmental and safety regulations during all field operations
  • Identify and assess the presence of asbestos-containing materials (ACMs).
  • Evaluate the condition of ACMs and determine associated risks.
  • Operate laboratory instruments such as spectrophotometers, chromatographs, and titration equipment to analyze chemical properties and compositions.
  • Develop nonstandard chemical tests to address specific project needs.
  • Conduct physical and chemical tests, measuring properties such as pH, density, viscosity, and solubility.
  • Calibrate and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues with lab equipment to minimize downtime.
  • Accurately record and document experimental results, ensuring consistency and compliance with quality standards.
  • Analyze data, interpret chemical test results, and draw informed conclusions.
  • Prepare detailed reports of findings, including statistical analyses and actionable recommendations.
