1. Interior Designer / Architect
Job Description:
- Managing design and fit out projects.
- Site visits to supervise and assess design needs.
- Ensure project completion within the allocated budget and timeline.
- Dealing with suppliers, vendors and contractors for furniture, finishing and accessories.
- Overseeing the installation of design elements.
- Preparing presentations for client meetings to preview design concepts, samples and drawings for approval.
- Producing CAD design drawings and 3D visualizations.
Requirements:
- BS degree in Interior Designing or architecture
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop.
- Proficient in 3D visualization: Sketchup,3Ds Max and Vray.
- Project management skills.
2. UI UX Designer
Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end design efforts across all our platforms (Mobile/Web), from conception with stakeholders to final implementation with Product Managers/Owners and Developers.
- Work strategically and identify new opportunities based on the needs that support the business objectives.
- Create low-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, flow diagrams, etc. that help to communicate and gain alignment on proposed solutions.
- Perform user research and usability testing to gain insights into user behavior and preferences and utilize these findings to create engaging designs.
- Establish and uphold design standards, including style guides and design patterns, to ensure consistent visual language across ventures.
- Conduct UX researches continuously and collect user feedback for incorporation into further iterations of your design.
- Maintaining and updating a complex design system.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in UX design for Mobile & Web applications.
- Advanced knowledge in Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and working closely with engineering teams.
- Experience creating user flows, journey maps, service blueprints, personas, low fidelity wireframes and/or prototypes.
- Advanced knowledge of the best UI/UX practices for web and mobile and mobile design patterns & guidelines.
- Familiarity with Agile environments and project management tools such a Jira
- Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal, both in Arabic and English.
- Domain expertise in the Finance and brokerage space is a significant advantage.
3. Legal Compliance Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies
- Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously
- Revise procedures, reports etc. periodically to identify hidden risks or non-conformity issues
- Draft, modify and implement company policies
- Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations
- Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks
- Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training
- Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control
- Prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate
- Participating in monitoring the firm’s compliance with related obligations
- Representing the team in meetings with partners in the business divisions and internal audit
Skills and Requirements:
- BSc/BA in law.
- More than 5 years of legal experience in corporate and legal institutions.
- A business acumen partnered with a dedication to legality.
- Methodical with outstanding planning abilities.
- Analytical thinking with the ability to see the complexities of procedures and regulations.
